An agenda designed for YOU

We understand that you only get a few opportunities each year to meet with your colleagues and customers. At the AFOA Annual Meeting, we prioritize giving you ample time for these valuable interactions. We recognize the importance of networking and have designed our agenda to ensure you don’t have to choose between attending important sessions and meeting with others.

To facilitate this, we have intentionally left space in our schedule on both days of the Annual Meeting:

  • Wednesday Afternoon: No sessions for a few hours, providing a dedicated time for networking and side meetings.
  • Thursday Morning: Another open period with no sessions, allowing you to connect without missing any key programming.

This thoughtful planning ensures you have the flexibility to make the most of your time at the AFOA Annual Meeting, fostering meaningful connections and gaining valuable insights from our sessions.  We also encourage you to use The Exchange – AFOA’s meeting space specifically designed for attendees’ own individual meetings.  The Exchange offers plenty of seating of all sizes plus beverages and snacks to set the perfect stage for your meeting needs.
