*Member Lounge:- This year, there is a larger lounge area for AFOA members and guests to use.  The lounge, Club International  is located on the Lobby Level of the hotel inside the back left corner of Palm Court Room. Coffee is provided from 8 a.m. – Noon and again from 2:30 – 5 p.m. in Palm Court. Sodas & water will be located in Club International.  The bar will open from 1 pm – midnight.  Cocktails/Beer/Wine are available for purchase.  


Nametags are required for all AFOA events.  Please be mindful of scheduling meetings at the same time as the AFOA schedule.

Business attire is suggested attire for all AFOA events, including the gala reception.

• PowerPoint presentations will be provided on the AFOA website one week following the meeting.

• Early Departure: An early departure fee of (1) night room and tax will apply to any guest who checks out of the hotel before their stated departure date. Guests will have the opportunity to change their departure date at check in without being assessed the fee. Any changes in the departure date after check-in will result in the Early Departure Fee.
