USDA Export Sales is scheduled to begin the second and final round of demonstrations and training sessions for the new on-line Export Sales Reporting and Query System (ESRQS) on Thursday, August 28, 2025. USDA would like to thank all those Exporters who have participated in demos/training and tested the new system over the past 45 days and encourage Exporters who have not participated yet to register for the training and test the system.

• To register in ESRQS, Exporters should log in using the same email address used to log into the legacy system but reset the password. By resetting the password, users will be able to access both the legacy system and the new ESRQS system. The URL for the new ESRQS is https://stgapps.fas.usda.gov/esrqs/#/home . New users will be prompted to enter their new ESRQS Exporter Number that was provided via email on June 24, 2025. Please contact Amy Harding at amy.harding@usda.gov for your ESRQS Exporter Number if needed.

It is critical that all Exporters currently registered in the legacy system register in the new ESRQS system as soon as possible. USDA wants to make the transition to the new ESRQS System as easy as possible, which can best be achieved by ensuring all exporters are registered well in advance of the mid-October launch date.

As a reminder, the Export Sales Reporting Program is Congressionally mandated and required by law. All Exporters must take the time to become familiar with the new system in order to ensure they can properly enter their export sales and export data correctly when the new system is rolled out in October.
