From the U.S. Department of Agriculture:
Exporters are required by law to report to USDA all export sales and exports on a weekly, and sometime, daily basis. The new ESRQS looks and feels like the current system, but your exporters are required to register with login.gov and participate in critical USDA trainings that are occurring now. Please also ask your exporters to review the attached Registration Instructions and confirm that their registration is completed for the new system prior to Friday, September 19. Here are the step-by-step instructions for registering.
The URL for the new Export Sales Reporting and Query System is https://stgapps.fas.usda.gov/esrqs/#/home. Once registered, your exporter can go to this site for testing and practicing data entry on the new system.
We understand that all are busy. Reporting export sales to USDA is not optional, so please encourage your exporters to register and visit the new site as soon as possible. Timely registration to the new reporting system is critical to ensure that USDA continues to publish accurate export sales reports that are widely used by exporters, buyers, sellers, processors, and traders. If you or your exporters have any questions, please contact esr@usda.gov.
